Founding member of GE ultrasound instrumental in growing this global business from $20M to $4B with high profitability

Eric Bauer
Eric possesses almost four decades of experience within the healthcare industry. Over the course of 29 years at GE Healthcare, Eric held leadership roles including Vice President and General Manager, as well as Marketing Executive for the $2 billion Ultrasound and Life Care Solution segments, where he managed profit and loss responsibilities exceeding $250 million. Eric has consistently demonstrated an ability to deliver profitable market share growth. He is highly skilled in leadership development, sales leadership, strategic marketing, strategic planning, commercial effectiveness, sales operations, and the commercialization and monetization of artificial intelligence solutions. He is recognized for his ability to build high-performing teams and foster innovation across diverse business environments. Eric’s passion for mentoring emerging leaders has made a lasting impact on the organizations he has served. He combines deep industry knowledge with a forward-thinking approach, enabling teams to adapt to rapidly evolving market dynamics and technological advancements.

Robert Thompson
Robert (Bob) Thompson was previously the President of Ultrasound for Siemens Healthineers Ultrasound. Thompson has more than 30 years’ experience in the ultrasound market and medical devices in a wide range of executive leadership positions in marketing, sales, and business development in large and small fast-growth healthcare companies. Prior to joining Siemens Healthineers, he held several leadership positions at GE Healthcare including General Manager of U-Systems (a GE Healthcare company),
He also served as a Company Officer and the Vice President of Global Marketing and Business Development at Ultrasonix. Currently he serves on the Board of
Directors for Quantum

Michael Stockhammer
Michael Stockhammer is an experienced Healthcare Business Executive who served for more than 3 decades in GE Healthcare and has an extensive experience both with direct and indirect distribution channels.
Within GE he held various key management roles; during 2010-2016 he was leading the entire Ultrasound Organization for Europe, Middle East&Africa as the General Manager Ultrasound including full P&L responsibility where he successfully grew market share and expanded profitability.
His last assignment was General Manager DACH (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) for the entire GE Healthcare portfolio. His focus was to optimize and grow talent within the Imaging Organization which finally lead to a positive business turn around in an extremely competitive environment.

Al Lojewski is a senior executive with proven track record of anticipating market trends and developing competitive differentiated strategic roadmaps that delivered market first innovations that drove profitable growth in Cardiac Ultrasound marketplace.
As the division CEO of GE Healthcares $500M Cardiac Ultrasound Divisiion, Al led all aspects of the global business including P&L management, strategic planning, technical innovation, marketing and execution to financial goals.
Al is a Recognized leader in the medical industry with vast experience in cardiovascular medicine and deep ties to global cardiology luminaries and cardiology societies. Al is now involved with AI based startups around the globe.

David Becker
David Becker is an experienced business leader with deep domain expertise in engineering, medical product development, business development, and ultrasound technology.
In his 32 year career at GE Healthcare Ultrasound, Dave planned product strategy and delivered products that helped GE Ultrasound grow from a $100 MM business to over $3.5 B in global revenues.
As General Manager for Product Development in the GE Ultrasound’s General Imaging Segment, Dave managed an organization of over 200 engineers in 5 countries (U.S., Japan, Korea, China, and India) and oversaw a $28 MM budget. These teams developed the industry leading LOGIQ family of products including LOGIQ E9, LOGIQ E10, and LOGIQ Fortis as well as the Invenia line of Automate Breast Ultrasound (ABUS) products, all of which achieved #1 market position at their respective price points and led to GEs overall #1 market position.

Eric Clyse
Eric Clyse’s resume showcases a distinguished career marked by significant achievements in sourcing and operations within the healthcare industry. With a strong foundation built at GE Healthcare Ultrasound, Eric has consistently demonstrated his leadership in driving operational excellence, spearheading strategic initiatives, and building medical device operations for ground floor start-ups.
As Vice President of Operations at NeuWave Medical, Eric built the supply chain and operations team from the ground up, was interim president during a CEO transition, and led the company through a period of rapid growth and expansion.
His strategic vision as well as operational and financial expertise were critical in navigating the acquisition and integration by Ethicon, a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson. As part of Ethicon, Eric also led the supply chain integration of other acquisitions.

Kirstin LaConte
Kirstin (Kris) LaConte has 34 years of experience in global product manager with deep domain expertise in ultrasound imaging, product development, and marketing.
As the Leadership Global Product Manager for GE Ultrasound’s General Imaging Segment, Kris worked directly with physicians and sonographers from around the world to gather real-world insights as inputs into the LOGIQ E9 and E10 product life cycle process.

Tom Sabourin
For more than 35 years, Tom has been transforming technology into innovative solutions that effectively address clinical challenges in medical imaging. During this time he has held the positions of feature lead, software architect, lead system designer, global platform leader, and principal engineer.
Highlights from Tom’s career with GE Healthcare include being the lead system designer for the LOGIQ E9 premium radiology ultrasound system and the architect of the embedded software for the Vscan Air CL and SL wireless ultrasound devices.

Mike Butchko
Mike is a senior executive and board advisor with a 30+ year track record in global business management, sales and marketing, strategic operations, and cross-functional team leadership in medical device and healthcare solutions markets.
Mike was the Senior Vice-President and General Manager of GE Ultrasound North American Distribution as part of his 23 year tenure with GE, where he led a $750M commercial and marketing organization before starting Orion Health Advisors.

Golnaz ‘Naz’ Moeini
Golnaz ‘Naz” provides medical device and digital health regulatory strategy and quality consulting services. Prior to being a consultant, Naz was a Director of Quality and Regulatory at Arterys, a medical imaging startup based in San Francisco. Under her leadership, Arterys received FDA clearance for the first-ever cloud based machine learning imaging 510(k) application in 2017.
Naz is passionate about facilitating the regulatory approval of novel medical technologies and has over 20 years of industry experience. She has been involved with several regulatory working groups and has helped author a whitepaper entitled Perspective and Good Practices for AI and Continuous Learning Systems in Healthcare, published on August 24, 2018. She has also taught digital health regulatory science modules at Stanford Byers Center for Biodesign and is one of the TMCi advisors.
She works on a broad spectrum of digital health, diagnostic, therapeutic, Decision Support Software, and General Wellness devices.

Jeff Fons
Jeff is a healthcare growth, service, and digital transformation leader with a strong track record across Fortune 500, PE-backed, and mission-driven organizations. At GE Healthcare, he led teams that delivered $300M+ in growth and $150M in productivity across service, sales operations, and digital modernization.
He has since scaled PE-backed and nonprofit organizations—modernizing operations, launching new service offerings, and building technology-enabled solutions that stick.
